All orders are processed and prepared after confirmation of payment. Once confirmed, the order enters the preparation and local purchasing stage.

Order changes or cancellations are only possible if the order has not yet entered the preparation stage.

Delivery Policy

Delivery time is usually between 24 to 48 working hours within Kabul city (depending on the product type and market conditions).

In case of any delay, our team will stay in contact with the customer.

Return and Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of our products (food items, flowers, cakes, and custom gifts), returns are not possible.
